1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of atnsmart.pk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Contracts formed on this site are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including the Contract Act 1872, the Sale of Goods Act 1930 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, which gives legal recognition to electronic records and communications.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell smart switches, glass and matt switch plates, smart control panels, smart door locks, Wi-Fi accessories and related home-automation equipment. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the physical product. Specifications may change where a manufacturer revises a model.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistan Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time before your order is accepted. Where a price has been listed in obvious error, we may decline the order and refund you in full. Payment methods offered at checkout may include cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payment. Electronic payments are processed under the Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act 2007.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to your area, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
5. Installation and electrical safety
Our switches, panels and locks are mains-voltage electrical products. They must be installed by a qualified electrician. Incorrect installation is dangerous and will void the warranty. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, which cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Your statutory rights
The Sale of Goods Act 1930 implies conditions and warranties into a sale, including that goods correspond with their description and, where the buyer relies on the seller’s skill and judgement, that they are reasonably fit for purpose. As a consumer you also have rights under provincial consumer legislation – the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 for our Lahore branch and the Islamabad Consumer Protection Act 1995 for our Islamabad branch. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to ATN Electric Company or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to publish unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Such conduct may constitute an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
9. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 5 and clause 6, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Complaints and jurisdiction
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. If we cannot, a consumer may file a complaint before the Consumer Court having jurisdiction under the applicable provincial consumer protection law. These Terms are governed by Pakistani law and the courts at Lahore shall have jurisdiction.
