Short answer: most of our WiFi and Zigbee-connected products list voice control through Amazon Alexa, Google Home, or both — but our glass, matt and piano switch ranges are traditional physical switches with no app or voice control at all, and a few connected products don’t list voice control either. This guide goes product by product, using only what each listing states, so you know exactly what you’re buying before you order.
The short answer
- WiFi Smart Switches (1–8 gang, dimmer, curtain switch, 20A power switch): Alexa, Google Home and IFTTT all listed.
- T3E Pro and the 4-inch Alexa panel: both Alexa and Google Home.
- T8 Pro: Alexa built in; Google Home is not listed.
- Power extension, LED strip, smart bulb, universal IR remote, curtain motor: Alexa and Google Home listed (one exception noted below).
- Timing socket, motion sensor, door locks, charging socket: no voice assistant listed — ask us before you assume.
- Glass, matt and piano switch ranges: not smart. No app, no WiFi, no voice control — premium physical switches only.
Not every Swiss switch is “smart”
We sell two different kinds of switch. The WiFi Smart Switch range is app- and voice-controlled. The Luxury Glass, Aluminum, Matt and Prime Piano switch ranges are physical toggle switches with a tempered-glass or aluminium finish — their listings describe the panel material, contacts and installation, and nothing about WiFi, an app or a voice assistant. If you want a switch that looks premium but don’t need app control, those ranges are built for that. If you want Alexa or Google Home control, choose from the WiFi Smart Switch range or the control panels below instead.
WiFi Smart Switches: Alexa, Google Home and IFTTT

Every switch in this range — 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8-gang, the 4-gang-and-dimmer, the light and fan dimmer, the curtain switch, and the 20 Amp power switch — shares the same listed feature set: toughened glass that’s waterproof and fireproof, a blue LED that shows on/off state in the dark, and voice control through Google Home, Amazon Alexa and IFTTT. Control also runs through a phone app on iOS and Android, with timers, countdown schedules and device sharing so more than one family member can control the switch without reconfiguring it. The listings don’t name the app, so if you need that detail before buying, ask us.
Control panels: Alexa and Google Home built in
All three of our in-wall touch panels list Alexa. Google Home is different across the range:
| Alexa | Google Home | |
|---|---|---|
| T3E Pro | Voice control | Voice control |
| 4-inch Alexa panel | Built in | Voice control |
| T8 Pro | Built in | Not listed |

If a Google Home household is buying the T8 Pro specifically for its screen, IR control or intercom, check with us first — its listing does not mention Google Home. We covered these three panels in full, including wiring and mounting, in our control panel comparison guide.
WiFi accessories and lighting

| Product | Alexa / Google | App named on listing |
|---|---|---|
| WiFi Smart Power Extension | Both listed | Smart Life |
| WiFi Dream LED Power Strip 5M | Both listed, marked optional | Magic Home Pro |
| Smart LED Bulb (10W) | Both listed | Tuya Smart |
| Smart IR Universal Remote | Both listed | Not named |
| Curtain Motor | Both listed | Not named |
Three things worth knowing before you order from this group. First, the LED power strip’s own listing marks voice control as optional rather than standard — ask us to confirm before you rely on it. Second, the smart bulb’s listing is the only one on the whole site that states a WiFi band: 2.4GHz. Most home routers still broadcast a 2.4GHz network alongside 5GHz, but if your router only broadcasts 5GHz, connect the bulb to the 2.4GHz band specifically. Third, these five products use three different companion apps between them — Smart Life, Magic Home Pro and Tuya Smart — not one unified Swiss app, so don’t assume a single app will add every device you buy.
One more listed detail, outside voice control: the curtain motor’s listing states it can be operated in case of power loss, alongside a manual on/off function. That’s the only product on the site whose listing addresses behaviour during a power cut.
What we can’t confirm yet
These listings don’t mention Alexa or Google Home at all. That doesn’t mean the products can’t work with them — it means the listing doesn’t say so, and we won’t guess:
- Smart WiFi Timing Switch Power Socket — app control only on the listing.
- Motion Sensor — no app or voice assistant listed.
- Door locks (7F, X6, Handle) — app-controlled (fingerprint, PIN, face recognition or temporary passwords depending on model), no voice assistant listed.
- 65W Fast Charging Socket — not a connected product; smart-chip overcurrent protection only, no app or voice control.
If voice control matters for one of these, ask us before you order.
Common questions
Do I need to own an Amazon Echo or Google Nest speaker?
No. Voice control through Alexa or Google Home works through the Alexa app or the Google Home app on your own phone as well as through a dedicated speaker. A speaker adds hands-free, always-listening control; it isn’t required to link and control a device.
Can I mix Alexa and Google Home in the same house?
Yes. Most of the products on this page list both, so you’re not locked into one ecosystem. Where a listing names only one — the T8 Pro lists Alexa but not Google Home, for example — that product works with the one it names, and we can confirm the other before you buy.
Which phone app do I actually need?
It depends what you’re buying. The WiFi Smart Switch range and the control panels don’t name an app on their listings; the power extension uses Smart Life, the LED strip uses Magic Home Pro, and the smart bulb uses Tuya Smart. If you’re buying more than one type of device and want to know how many apps you’ll end up with, ask us before you order and we’ll tell you exactly.
Does IFTTT work with these products?
Only the WiFi Smart Switch range lists IFTTT support directly. Other product listings don’t mention it either way.
